We offer an on-site measuring service to builders, to ensure accuracy of the finished product. At an extra cost we can supply a detailed site measure if the job is not to plan, or for those more complicated jobs and that new extension to the job. Also Supa-Truss has on-site support, so if there is a problem with our products we are more than happy to help you. 90% of the time we will be able to rectify the problem over the phone, if not we usually have replacement items on site the next day.
